Refund And Return Policy
30-Day Return Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery for most products. Items must be in their original condition (unused, with tags attached) unless they are defective.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested within this period will receive a full refund to your original payment method. After 24 hours, orders enter the normal return process outlined below.
Returns, Exchanges, And Store Credit (Defective or Damaged Items)
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a one-time replacement of the same item at no charge or store credit.
Store credit expires and is forfeited if unused after 30 days. For defective product returns or exchanges, we cover the return shipping cost.
The original shipping cost will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days after we receive and review your request.
(Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 days to see the refund on your statement.)
To Return A Defective Item:
1. Email us at support@bestbuyz.co (mailto:support@bestbuyz.co) with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
2. A customer service agent will respond within 2 business days to confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. If approved, ship the item back to us (see Return Shipping below). Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or issue store credit for the item’s value. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of approving the return.
Returns, Exchanges, And Store Credit (Non-Defective Items)
We offer exchanges and store credit for non-defective returns, including change-of-mind or wrong-size requests. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Store credit expires and is forfeited if unused after 30 days. For non-defective product exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To Initiate An Exchange Or Request Store Credit:
1. Email support@bestbuyz.co (mailto:support@bestbuyz.co) with your order number and photos of the unused item.
2. Specify whether you’d like an exchange for a different size/color or store credit.
3. A customer service agent will reply with a store credit code (valid for 30 days) or further instructions.
4. Ship the item to Shop 2/671 Gympie Rd, Chermside QLD 4032 using a trackable shipping method. Email us the tracking number when you ship.
Once we receive and verify the item, we will process the exchange or credit within 2 business days.
Refunds
Refunds to your original payment method are available only for manufacturing defects or damaged goods that cannot be replaced. We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse.
Instead, eligible non-defective returns receive store credit as described above. All refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.

If eligible, the refund will be issued to your original payment method; otherwise, you will receive store credit.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees apply to non-defective or defective product returns.

Include your name and order number inside the package. We recommend insuring the package in case of loss. Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange, credit, or refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
. Clearance or discounted items (purchased with a sale or discount code)
. Gift cards and vouchers
. Custom or personalized products (if any)
. Items damaged by customer misuse or accident (e.g., broken by the customer)
